MANILA, Philippines — A 42-year-old jobless man was arrested in Makati City yesterday for allegedly snatching a cell phone.
Ronald Rosales faces a charge of robbery snatching, city police chief Col. Rogelio Simon said.
The suspect was arrested for allegedly stealing some valuables from a car he smashed in November 2018. The court dismissed the robbery charge against him after the complainant did not pursue the case, Simon said.
