BUTUAN CITY, Philippines — An engineer of a construction firm was arrested yesterday for alleged sexual molestation of a three-year-old girl in Trento, Agusan del Sur.
Lito Catacata, 49, was reportedly caught by an older sister of the victim while molesting her at their home on Thursday night.
Catacata denied the allegations.
