TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan , Philippines — Two persons died and another was seriously injured when a motorcycle collided with a trailer truck in Barangay San Gabriel in this city on Thursday.
Jessie Esteban, 32, and an unidentified woman died while being treated at the Cagayan Valley Medical Center, where Jeffrey Maguilin, 18, remains confined.
The truck driver escaped.
