ANDA, Pangasinan, Philippines — A fisherman drowned in the sea off Barangay Dolaoan in this town on Wednesday.
Verbo Callado, 63, was on a bamboo raft with his grandson John Paul Perez, 14, when he fell into the water.
Initial investigation showed Callado was drunk when the incident occurred.
