Blackout to hit Albay

CAMARINES NORTE, Philippines – A power outage will hit parts of Albay today and tomorrow.

In an advisory, the Albay Power and Energy Corp. said the 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. blackout would pave the way for the relocation of poles due to a road widening project in Barangay Bañag in Daraga town.

The towns of Daraga, Camalig, Jovellar and Guinobatan will be affected by the blackout.
