SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Philippines – Parts of Tarlac City will experience a 10-hour power interruption today.
The 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. power outage will pave the way for maintenance works at the Concepcion substation, Ernest Vidal, regional communications and public affairs officer of the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines, said yesterday.
