MANILA, Philippines – A number of local government units (LGUs) and schools on Tuesday announced class cancelation for November 2, Wednesday.
The local government units and institutions declared some work and class suspensions in observance of All Souls' Day and have them spend more time with their loved ones and family.
The Malacañang earlier declared October 31 and November 1 (All Saints' Day) as special non-working days.

All Levels
- Ilagan, Isabela
- Misamis Occidental province
- Toledo, Cebu
- Ateneo de Manila University (Classes resume on November 3 while office resumes on November 2)
- De La Salle University-Manila
- De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde
- Don Bosco Educational Centers
- St. Paul University – Manila
- Technological Institute of the Philippines (Classes resume on November 3 while office resumes on November 2)
- University of Santo Tomas (Classes resume on November 4)
