1 slain, 1 hurt in Camarines Sur gun attack

CAMARINES NORTE, Philippines  –  A man was killed while his companion was wounded in a gun attack in Barangay Caditaan in Ragay, Camarines Sur before dawn yesterday.

Harizon Quibral, 30, died at the scene while Eric Perez, 29, remains confined at the Bicol Medical Center.

 Initial investigation showed the victims were riding a motorcycle when the suspects on another motorcycle opened fire.

One of the suspects was identified as Michael Bagangan, a resident of Barangay Samay.
