CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga, Philippines – The groundbreaking of a hotel and wellness facility here worth P450 million was held on Monday.
Clark Development Corp. (CDC) pesident Arthur Tugade and Ho Kyeng Lee, Somang Global Clark Corp. (SGCC) president and chief executive officer, led the ceremonies for the 7 Healing Hotel and Spa on a 1.7-hectare property.
CDC and SGCC signed a 25-year land lease agreement for the project, which will employ 200 workers in the next five years.?
Tugade expressed optimism the project would bring more tourism-related investments. ?
The hotel is expected to be operational in 2017.
