MANILA, Philippines - Police arrested on Thursday 13 people and seized P500,000 worth of shabu during a raid on a drug den in Quezon City.
Reports reaching the Quezon City Police District said the operatives of the Anti-Illegal Drugs Unit, led by Police Senior Inspector Roberto Razon, swooped down on a shanty around 8 a.m along Don Pepe Street, Barangay Sto. Domingo, Quezon City.
Policemen caught several men sniffing drugs inside the place.
Authorities seized around 100 grams of suspected shabu and dried marijuana leaves and drug paraphernalia.
