MANILA, Philippines — The Senate Committee on Public Services holds an investigation into the various problems and glitches of the Metro Rail Transit 3 along EDSA.
The inquiry will be led by the Sub-committee on Transportation with Senator Grace Poe on Monday, September 1, 2014.
