Negros saleslady raped, stabbed dead

BACOLOD CITY, Philippines – A 25-year-old saleslady of a cellular phone shop was raped and stabbed 30 times in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental Thursday, police said.

Police said the body of the victim, Christina Marie Marquez, was found in a sugarcane plantation. Her throat was slashed. 

Police have two suspects in the killing.
