COTABATO CITY, Philippines – The Army’s 6th Infantry Division is closely monitoring riverbank communities in Central Mindanao due to continuing heavy rains since Thursday night that could swell waterways and inundate low-lying areas.
More than a dozen flooding incidents have struck parts of Central Mindanao since January.
