Kavana to return to Manila for ‘Second Act Asia Tour 2026’

MANILA, Philippines — British singer Kavana is set to return to the stage with his “Second Act Asia Tour 2026,” including a one-night concert at New Frontier Theater in Araneta City on December 13.
The Manila show is part of a three-city tour that will also visit Jakarta and Singapore, marking the singer’s long-awaited return to live performances after years away from the stage.
Kavana rose to prominence in the late 1990s with his heartfelt songwriting, catchy melodies and distinct British pop sound. His music gained a following beyond the United Kingdom, particularly in Asia, where his songs continue to resonate with fans.
“This tour is incredibly special to us,” Kavana said. “Asia has always shown me so much love. Coming back after all these years feels emotional, honest, and long overdue.”
The concert will feature some of his best-known songs alongside new material, offering fans a mix of nostalgia and a glimpse of the next chapter of his music career.
Each show is expected to run for at least 90 minutes, with performances promising an intimate and personal experience for longtime followers and new listeners alike.
Among Kavana’s most popular songs in Asia is “Will You Wait for Me,” from his second album, “Instinct.”
In 1997, he was named Best Male Singer at the Smash Hits Poll Winners Party in London, where he shared the stage with acts including the Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, Boyzone and Hanson.
His first UK top 10 single, “I Can Make You Feel Good,” was a cover of the song originally recorded by American R&B group Shalamar. His album “Instinct,” recorded in Italy in the summer of 1998, also achieved platinum status in Asia.
The upcoming tour offers longtime fans an opportunity to hear Kavana’s music live again, while introducing his catalog to a new generation of listeners.
