Cousins nabbed for 1.2 kilos of shabu

MANILA, Philippines - Two men, said to be cousins, were arrested in a drug sting in Manila at around noon yesterday.

Aswani Macabato and Abduk Montaquim were apprehended as they sold 1.2 kilos of shabu, with an estimated street value of P6 million, to undercover police officers near a grocery in San Andres.

The Manila Police District said it had been monitoring the activities of the two suspects a week before the drug bust.
