MANILA, Philippines - Camarines Sur’s fourth most wanted fugitive was arrested in Barangay Bignay, Valenzuela City yesterday morning.
Willie Elcano is the subject of an arrest warrant issued by a Naga City judge for reportedly killing a beauty products dealer during a robbery in 2004.
Valenzuela police chief Senior Superintendent Rhoderick Armamento said he and his men went to a house where Elcano had been hiding.
Police officers from Minalabac, Camarines Sur arrived at the Valenzuela police station yesterday afternoon and fetched Elcano.
