"How do I wear makeup at the gym?"

Dear Chechel

I'm pretty high-maintenance when it comes to makeup. I recently signed up for a gym membership but I really don't want to exercise barefaced! I know working out in full makeup is a bad idea, so can you recommend "light" exercise makeup?

Dina, 19

Exercise is one of the secrets of maintaining good skin. If you want to have "light" makeup on, I would suggest you groom your eyebrows well, curl your lashes, and apply a lip stain over lip gloss. Remember, your goal here is to look as natural as possible, so try not to overdo your eyebrows and lips. It would be useless for you to apply concealers and all because once you start to break into a sweat, bye bye makeup.

Dear Chechel

All this humidity is making me look like a witch! How do I keep my hair from getting frizzy during the summer?

Roni, 19

Frizzy problems? Use anti-frizz products. Start with your shampoo and leave-in conditioners. If all else fails, brush your hair up and use gel or mousse to hold it very neatly in place and tie it.

Dear Chechel

Every time I go to the salon, people are trying to sell me treatments-Kerastase, hot oils, etc. Which ones are really worth it? I have dry, slightly damaged hair.

Jess, 21

Get products that will help your dry and damaged hair. Maintain your hair with a hot oil once or twice a month. Use shampoo and conditioner that will treat your hair. There is also a leave-in conditioner that treats damaged hair as well. Use the right products to treat your hair and they will be worth it.
