Jose-phine “Pin” Mercado, an HRM freshman at the College of St. Benilde and the youngest daughter of Homer and Julie Mercado, will celebrate her 18th birthday on Saturday, Nov. 22 at Sofitel Philippine Plaza. She will wear a haltered black chiffon cocktail dress with beaded neckline in semi-precious stones designed by Ernest Santos for the cocktail segment of the event.
