MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Horticulture Society, Inc., in cooperation with the Manila Seedling Bank Environmental Center, holds “Horti 2010: It’s a Green World After All,” which is ongoing until Feb. 8 at the MSBF grounds in Quezon City.
