Game on with the Paras and Teng brothers

Brothers in fashion: The Paras brothers in color-coordinated outfits of white button-downs and brown pants by Bench.

MANILA, Philippines - Local retail giant Bench isn’t an industry leader for nothing. Not only can you rely on the brand to deliver the trendiest in clothing and lifestyle items, it also never fails to surprise and amaze by tapping the hottest, in-demand celebrity endorsers.

And now, Bench welcomes two sets of hoop hotties: Kobe and Andre Paras and Jeric and Jeron Teng.

“Bench suits my active lifestyle,” says De La Salle Green Archers player Jeron. “Their clothes are really comfortable and, at the same time, classy.”

His older brother Jeric (who’s now playing for the Philippine Basketball Association’s Rain or Shine team), on the other hand, notes that “Bench gives me a lot of outfit options to choose from depending on my mood and the occasions that I attend. From casual to party-appropriate clothes, they have it all.”

Starring in their own campaigns, the Paras and Teng brothers show they’ve got modeling skills, too. They look good in sporty clothes as well as they do in smart-casual attire.

From tank tops to t-shirts, to button-downs and varsity jackets, to colored skinny pants, the Paras and Teng brothers show playful and smart ways to mix and match effortlessly in style this summer. While the favored dress code during the sunny season are easy-breezy clothes in bright colors, vibrant prints, and light fabrics, smart-casual key items like polos and button-downs in subdued palettes also bear a calm and cool vibe that befits the season’s laidback mood.

Among the outfits featured in their campaign, Andre (who plays for the UP Fighting Maroons) says, “My favorite was the white polo and khaki slim-fit pants outfit, because it’s so comfortable and simple yet stylish.”

As for Kobe (who plays for La Salle Greenhills), he says, “My favorite pieces from the shoot were the polos, because I like classy clothes, and polos are really what I think bring out the class in me.”
