From July 18 to 19, indulge in Cebu-Bacolod-Iloilo-inspired dishes like seafood kare-kare, pork knuckles, kadyos, pasta adobo, clams and mussles humba, chicken pandan inasal, fried Visayan seabass with tamarind honey kangkong sambal with fried tofu, stuffed bihod tofu, smoked fish croquettes, dried squid satay, kinilaw oyster, taquitos inasal, eggplant and mango salad with Thai dressing, danggit salad and sinigang.
