Loving Malaysia

Asia has so many interesting and beautiful countries to visit and a fashion event made it easy for Manilans to appreciate the charms of our neighbors in the Southeast.   The famed Islamic Fashion Festival (IFF) is aimed at fostering a better understanding of the beauty and gentleness of Islam through fashion.  The flowing caftans and gowns by top Kuala Lumpur designers together with the designs of their Filipino counterparts were presented at the Grand Ballroom of InterContinental Manila before an appreciative crowd.

Headed by IFF founder and chairman Dato Raja Rezza Shah with the help of our very own glamour team of Tingting Cojuangco, Doris Magsaysay Ho, Consul Fortune Ledesma and Tina Maristela-Ocampo, the fashion event fostered a better appreciation for Malaysian-Filipino friendship.

And what better way to forge better understanding and assistance than by having the IFF make donations to Museo Pambata, Virlanie Foundation, Philippine Public Safety College, and the Filipino medical scholars of the Allianze University College of Medical Sciences in Malaysia.
