Gallery News: ‘Propaganda’ at Lopez Museum

“Pagsasabuhay” by Don Salubayba

MANILA, Philippines - The Lopez Museum and Library, in a technology partnership with Samsung, holds “Propaganda,” which is on view until May 30 at the Lopez Museum, ground floor, Benpres Bldg., Meralco cor. Exchange Rd., Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

The show fleshes out the idea of myth-making and its capacity to inspire change or derail genuine national progress. Using state-of-the-art Samsung equipment and programming to enhance the museum-going experience through digital technology, “Propaganda” challenges not just our notions of art and history, but also how we view museums and libraries.
