The Star shines at Tinta Awards

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine STAR added more stellar notches in its belt as it took home silver and bronze trophies at the recently concluded 4th Tinta Awards organized by the United Print Media Group (UPMG). Tinta Awards recognizes the most creative and effective advertising campaigns in print media; and The STAR’s entries this year in the Print Campaign and Special Media Execution categories have gained the nod from the very tough jury led by Leo Burnett’s CEO Raoul Panes. Megaworld Corporation’s “One Dream, One Vision” blueprint campaign execution for its 25th anniversary wins a bronze award for Special Print Media Execution. Harold Geronimo, Megaworld Corporation’s head of public relations and communications, receives a framed copy of the blueprint campaign execution from STAR’s SVP for sales and marketing Lucien C. Dy Tioco.
