Your columnist had the privilege of sharing a delightful evening of fine food and friendship with the inimitable former Israeli Ambassador to the Philippines Effie Ben Matityau and his beautiful wife Lizia Lu at Chef Jessie in Rockwell, Makati City.
Common friends from the diplomatic and business sectors graced the evening as we spent reminiscing about Ambassador Effie’s successful tour of here in the Philippines. Laughter and lighthearted moments were aplenty as we caught up on our lives.
