For the holiday season, I sent out our PeopleAsia magazine deputy art director and official photographer Ramon Joseph Ruiz to go around the city and check out some of the most dazzling Christmas lights and decors that make the holiday season really come alive — and which help motorists and commuters forget even for a moment about the ever-growing and horrendous traffic situation.
As you can see from the photos, Ramon captured some of the most impressive displays such as the parols forming the shape of a cross that adorn the façade of the PLDT building in Makati City and the gigantic Christmas tree in front of the SM City North EDSA.
