A monsoon trough prevails across central and southern Luzon, bringing monsoon rains, which may trigger flash floods and landslides over the western sections.

The Visayas will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Coastal waters in central and southern Luzon and the Visayas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.

Temperature forecasts: Metro Manila, 24-27 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 15-24; Tagaytay City, 21-25; Subic and Clark zone, 24-28; Metro Cebu, 26-32; Metro Davao, 25-33; and Cagayan de Oro, 23-33.

Tidal predictions in Manila Bay: high tide at 9:05 a.m. at 1.19 meters; low tide at 5:49 p.m. at 0.12 meter. Sunrise is at 5:26 a.m.; sunset at 6:24 p.m.
