The diffused tail-end of a cold front affects the eastern section of central Luzon, while an intertropical convergence zone prevails over Mindanao.

The eastern section of central Luzon and the Bicol region will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers.

Mindanao and Palawan will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Coastal waters in Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.
