Central Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with light rains and isolated thunderstorms, while Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will also have mostly cloudy skies but with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of Luzon will be having partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated passing light rains.
