MANILA, Philippines — The awarding ceremony for the 30th Mabini Awards will be held today at Malacañang’s Heroes Hall at 2 p.m.
President Marcos will be the guest of honor.
For nearly 50 years, the Mabini Awards, organized by the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, give recognition to individuals, groups or organizations who have rendered outstanding service to people with disabilities, and honors persons with disabilities who serve as role models and excel in their chosen careers.
