MANILA, Philippines — State weather bureau PAGASA has lifted tropical cyclone warning signals over three provinces Tuesday morning as Tropical Depression Henry continues to move away from the country.

Only the Babuyan Group of Islands and northern portion of Ilocos Norte are under tropical cyclone warning signal number 1.

“Henry”—moving west at 25 kilometers per hour—is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility Tuesday.

The tropical depression was last seen 230 kilometers west of Calayan, Cagayan. It packs maximum winds of up to 60 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 75 kilometers per hour.

Monsoon rains will prevail over Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Cavte, Batangas, Mindoro provinces, Palawan and Western Visayas. Scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm, on the other hand, will affect the rest of the country.

Classes were suspended on Tuesday in some areas because of monsoon rains enhanced by Tropical Depression Henry.
