'Fresh start': Liza Soberano clarifies hack rumor on Instagram

MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano clarified that her Instagram account was not hacked after all her posts have been deleted. 

Liza, who has 8.8 million followers on Instagram, posted her first selfie for 2019 as IG story, saying she just wanted a fresh start this new year.

“Don’t worry guys im not hacked. Just wanted a fresh start,” she wrote. 

Prior to her post, netizens were wondering why the photos of Liza in her account were deleted. 

Liza ranked fourth last year on TC Candler’s The Independent Critics “Most Beautiful Faces” list. She was the Top 1 in 2017. The Kapamilya actress came after Israeli model Yael Shelbia, K-pop girl group TWICE’s Chou Tzuyu and French model Thylane Blondeau. 

Before suiting up for “Darna,” Liza and her onscreen partner Enrique Gil will do a movie directed by Antoinette Jadaone under Black Sheep productions. Liza will play an arts students with big dreams from the University of the Philippines, while Enrique will play a Biology student who is the complete opposite of Liza's character.
