From the pool of 30 models, only 12 will be featured in its first calendar. Aside from the calendar feature, the winners will also receive $10,000 and will star in a documentary film for a major US cable network.

In an exclusive interview with Preview, the former beauty queen revealed she had to drop everything she had in Manila in 2013 to pursue her acting and modeling career in the US. She also admitted facing many rejections before finally booking her first gig.

"There were a lot of rejections, and there were times that I even worry about how to pay rent and bills. There’s a lot of struggles but, like I said, I have faith. That's what keeps me going. This is my passion, and I’m not giving up," she told the fashion magazine.
