MANILA, Philippines - While the Feast of the Black Nazarene was being celebrated last Jan. 9, the Macalintal family was holding a double celebration with the arrival of Eleina Zuriel, the first child of election lawyer Romy Macalintal and wife Mila’s son Victor Roy and his wife Dr. Maria Ann ‘Tots’ San Pedro.
