WATCH: Bryan White calls Alden Richards 'a cool guy' at Manila concert

MANILA, Philippines — American country music artist Bryan White knows he owes his popularity in the Philippines to Alden Richards and Maine "Yaya Dub" Mendoza, the popular love team of the "kalye-serye" segment of "Eat Bulaga."

During his Philippine concert at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on Tuesday, the 41-year-old singer thanked Alden Richards and his fans in the country, among others, for giving him the opportunity to finally visit the Philippines.

He calls Alden, who he has met during his "Eat Bulaga" appearance last weekend, a "cool guy."
