Gabby & Geoff open The Stockpile

MANILA, Philippines - Cousins Gabby and Geoff Eigenmann formally opened their new business venture, The Stockpile Restaurant, last Sept. 16. The Western food-inspired restaurant is located at the Sapphire Block of Ortigas Center.

The Stockpile grand opening commenced with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Geoff and Gabby with head partner and chef Tanya Chua, plus special guests Andi Eigenmann and Dingdong Dantes.

Satisfy your palate with Stockpile’s signature dishes like 3 Eggs French Style Omelet with Feta served with Brioche Toast; Homemade Tapa and Longganisa with Garlic Rice, Side Salad and Egg; Classic Caesar Salad; Braised Beef and Grilled Cheese Dip with Truffle; Roast Chicken Leg in Garlic, Rosemary, Achiote and Aligue Rice; Spaghetti Vongole with Bacon, Clams, Garlic, Parsley and White Wine; and Sunshine Pizza with Cabanatuan longganisa, porchetta, arugula, quail eggs and garlic oil. All these go well with such desserts as Salted Caramel Ice Cream Macaron and Bananas Foster.

 

 

“We served quality food while our prices are very reasonable and very competitive,” said Gabby.

The Eigenmanns led by Cherie Gil and Michael de Mesa came in full force to support the new resto of Gabby and Geoff. Other celebs spotted at the event were Sunshine Dizon, Rochelle Pangilinan, Gabbi Garcia, Arthur Solinap, Carlo Gonzales, Mark Escueta, Jolina Magdangal, Gloc-9, Glaiza de Castro, Juancho Trivino, Migz Haleco, Maya and Rap Fernandez.

The Stockpile is open from Mondays to Saturdays at 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sundays at 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
