The Pope was all smiles while watching their performance and listening to Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle’s translation of the song. After the performance, he called Jamie and the kids on stage to bless them.

“Nagpapasalamat ako kasi nakaakyat ako, nakapagmano ako sa kanya, at the same time nakapagmano ‘yong mga bata na nakasama ko,” Jamie said, smiling.

Meanwhile, another celebrity who was part of the event was Boots Anson Roa and her husband Atty. King Rodrigo.

Atty. Rodrigo wrote a letter for the Pope, while Boots gave the Pope a sampaguita necklace before they were blessed.
