It’s a scary, funny world
REMEMBER WHEN? - Danny Dolor (The Philippine Star) - September 7, 2014 - 12:00am

In the ’60s, two movies sent audiences shrieking and laughing, combining horror and comedy.

The movies are:

Kababalaghan o Kabulastugan?, four stories that are ‘spine-chilling and rib-tickling.’

Manananggal vs. Mangkukulam, ‘guaranteed to chill and thrill you… a comedy of horrors where every yell of fear is coupled with peal of laughter!’

The two movies gathered comedians like Pugo, Lopito, Patsy, Chichay, Aruray, Bentot, Pugak, Lopito, playing at once scary and funny roles. – RKC
