The book details Edward’s personal health and fitness journey from being an overweight young adult to achieving his “dream body†now at the prime of his life. Edward’s extensive study and research in the US have equipped him with the wisdom to put in motion a fool-proof system to realize this goal. The secret, he says, lies in precision training and optimum nutrition.
Edward was born in the Philippines and was raised in Maryland, US where he studied and accrued most of his knowledge on precision training and optimum nutrition. His broad and deep understanding of sports science and medicine ignited the passion to help people achieve their best physique.
He is the favorite fitness experts of socialites, celebrities and personalities, some of whom are Ces Drilon, Martin Nievera, Dr. Vicki Belo and Cristalle Henares. At Belo’s Sexy Solutions, Edward’s program has become an in-demand staple in the non-surgical arm of the Belo clinic that focuses on slimming through the perfect combination of technology, fitness and nutrition.
