People’s Choice awardee

MANILA, Philippines - 2013 Miss Magnificent Woman Icon-Philippines Joyce Pilarsky was adjudged People’s Choice and finished one of the six finalists in the 2013 MWI International Pageant held last Aug. 8 in Niagara Falls. She also received a special ‘International Ambassador’ plaque during the finals. A former top Philippine model, Joyce is now a jeweller/fashion designer.
