MANILA, Philippines - Janine Tugonon, the 23-year-old BS Pharmacy Cum Laude from the University of Santo Tomas, brought great honor and pride to the country by finishing runner-up in the Miss Universe 2012 pageant at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino,Las Vegas, Nevada.
Her poise during the question and answer portion is as endearing as her "cobra walk" and it showed that Janine has the brains to match her beauty. As we all celebrate in her victory, let us look back at Janine in her different outfits:
