Wednesday night, Annabelle Rama and Mother Lily met by chance at the Imperial Palace Suites (on Timog-Morato Rotunda, Quezon City) owned by Mother Lily and where Annabelle holds office.
Mother Lily was talking with Wilma Galvante (left), newly-retired SVP for Entertainment Group of GMA, on the phone when Annabelle came in. Mother promptly asked the warring women to bury the hatchet there and then.
Annabelle and Wilma waged a long-drawn fight in print and on national television that led to them filing charges against each other.
It’s presumed that Annabelle showed up at the farewell (err, “moving on”) party Mother Lily hosted for Wilma at the Imperial Palace’s social hall.
What did they say again? In showbiz, there are no permanent friends or enemies, only permanent interests.
Hmmmm, who will Annabelle make peace with next?
