Charlene is new The Buzz co-host

MANILA, Philippines - Effective this Sunday, July 11, Charlene Gonzalez (photo) is replacing Kris Aquino as the host of the ABS-CBN Sunday showbiz talk show The Buzz, together with Boy Abunda and KC Concepcion.

Another addition to the show is Toni Gonzaga. Charlene has been shying away from doing soaps because they would take her away from home for long periods.

She accepted the Buzz hosting job because it’s a once-a-week thing.

Hosting a show is not new to Charlene whose last such show was Proudly Pilipina on Q-11.
