San Marino at home on Q-11

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - San Marino Corned Tuna has teamed up with Q-11 to present a culinary show that makes cooking fun to watch.

Sarap At Home is also a sitcom and features Sam Oh and Chef Nino Logarta who combine food, culinary skills and wit to deliver fresh menus.

The career woman and next-door-neighbor chef present a new taste of urban living, focusing on delicious menus ideal for busy cosmopolitans with a healthy lifestyle.

San Marino corned tuna is an innovation by CDO-Foodsphere, Inc., which combines the delicious taste of corned beef and the healthy content of tuna. The show presents various recipes using the San Marino Corned Tuna brand and CDO Liver Spread, CDO Mayo, and CDO Hams.

Sam and Nino open every episode with a dilemma on what to prepare for a guest, including the hottest Kapuso personalities and they end up cooking a flavorful, easy-to-prepare dish for the occasion.

They take viewers back to home-cooked meals with ingredients that are readily available in the pantry and best enjoyed with friends or neighbors.

San Marino Corned Tuna can be prepared in as many ways as possible, as viewers can discover from each episode. The product’s attributes, such as high content of Omega 3 fatty acids, are highlighted in the show.

It has been found to be a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids, the nutritional elements that supply significant health benefits to the heart and body. Scientific studies found that food rich in Omega 3 fatty acids help reduce triglycerides or unsaturated fats that accumulate in the body and increase HDL cholesterol, also known as good cholesterol.

Health experts say higher HDL cholesterol levels translate to lower risk of coronary artery disease. Other studies also suggest Omega 3 fatty acids may help lower high blood pressure.

A new food category resulting from meticulous research and studies, San Marino Corned Tuna is a product of food technology combining the systems used in corned beef preparation and canned tuna process.

Sarap at Home airs at 10:50 a.m., 6:20 p.m. and 9:20 p.m. on weekdays; 2:10 p.m., 5:50 p.m. and 7:50 p.m., Saturdays; and 2:10 p.m., 5:50 p.m. and 9:20 p.m. on Sundays.
