MANILA, Philippines - Follow the bittersweet romance and quirks about young love in Dear Friend’s latest installment for the holiday season My Christmas List.
Premiering tomorrow, Dec. 6, the four-part episode of My Christmas List is headlined by Barbie Forteza as Abby, Joshua Dionisio as Enzo and Jhake Vargas as Otep.
My Christmas List tells the story of two people who dare all: Love each other every single day, forever — even after death.
Abby is seen as one of the boys in their school. She usually gets into fights because of her strong personality. Her tough guise clashes against Enzo, the soft-spoken transferee in their class.
As Enzo tries to blend into his new high school, he is not spared from Abby’s teasing and bullying. Not until after their teacher decided they become partners in a science project that the constant enemies become the best of friends.
Soon, their beautiful friendship blossoms into romance. The young sweethearts professed eternal love for each other. Their budding romance turns complicated when Abby discovers Enzo’s heart condition. He has been sick for many years and is dying.
The emotional, heartfelt story of friendship, love, loss and life in My Christmas List is directed by Andoy Ranay with scriptwriters led by Denoy Navarro-Punio. It also stars Aljur Abrenica, Eula Valdez, Manilyn Reynes, Ramon Christopher, Mosang, Raffy Romillo, Bea Binene and Krystal Reyes.
