Search for the Monster scholar

MANILA, Philippines - Monster Radio RX 93.1 gives back something meaningful to listeners who have been responsible for its monster success through the years. On its anniversary, RX 93.1 has launched the Monster Scholarship Program.

Monster Radio is looking for a dedicated young person with the potential to succeed in his studies, but is unable to enroll because of a financial problem, to be its first Monster scholar. RX extends a helping hand to the student who needs one lucky break to enrol next semester and get through school.

Monster Radio RX 93.1 will pay the tuition and other fees of the chosen scholar for the second semester of school year 2009-2010. The Monster Scholar will also become part of the Monster family, joining its events and activities for the rest of the school year.

Listeners must send an e-mail at [email protected] stating their need and intention to apply for the scholarship. Deadline for application is Oct. 10. Monster Radio RX 93.1 believes in the power of education. The Monster Scholarship program is both testament to this faith and a way to encourage a young audience to value education.
