And now, the 21 NCAA Hotties

FUNFARE - Ricky Lo -

A few weeks ago, Funfare bared the list of the 24 UAAP Hotties.

By insistent demand, I’m putting out the NCAA Honor Roll, 21 head-turners in and out of the hardcourt, again drawn up by Funfare’s “beauty experts” Felix Manuel, Joey Cezeare, Gery Yumping and Francis Calubaquib.

The NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) ended Wednesday last week, with San Beda College’s Red Lions emerging as the season’s (83rd) champions. An athletics association of eight colleges and universities in the Philippines, the NCAA is the oldest athletic association in the country, was established in 1924.

These past two months, talent scouts have been keeping eagle eyes on both the UAAP (University Athletic Association of the Philippines) and the NCAA games at the Big Dome, hoping to convince some of the players to follow into showbiz in the footsteps of, among others, Bobby Jaworski, Atoy Co, Freddie Webb, Bong Alvarez, Iago Raterta, Bruce Quebral and Marco Alcaraz.
