Utah Jazz fans are looking forward to seeing a lot of their players compete in next month’s FIBA World Cup. Filipino fans will have a chance to watch some NBA players play here. Jazz center Walker Kessler who will play for Team U.S.A, had an All-Rookie season averaging 9.2 points 8.3 rebounds and 3 blocks. Lauri Markkanen will again play for his native Finland. Of course, the biggest aplause will be on Jordan Clarkson and Kai Sotto, who are expected to re-inforce Gilas Filipinas. Kelly Olynyk, the 6’11” center wil be suiting up for Canada and will be joining Shai Gilgeous- Alexander and Jamal Murray . Simone Fontecchio will play for the Italian team. Other former Utah stars expected to lpay for their respective countries are Rudy Gobert, Ricky Rubio, Juancho Hernan-Gomez, Joe Ingles, Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Dante Exum.
