Davis, Uybengkee grab March titles in CETBA monthly
CEBU, Philippines — Jerry Davis and Cynthia Uybengkee ruled the March edition of the Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (CETBA) Friday Group monthly tournament the other day at the SM City-Cebu Bowling Center.
Davis finished the five-game series with the highest output of 1, 044 pinfalls to bag the men’s title, while Uybengkee swept 1,031 pins to snare the women’s crown.
Jojo Andal and Roland Bantilan tailed Davis with 1,036 and 1,027 pins, respectively.
Rounding up the top 10 in the men’s division were Marvin Sevilla (1,009), Ronan Barredo (995), Docdoc Gothong (990), Jospeh Yu (977), Terrence Williams (972), Eric Bucoy (963), and Jaime Uy (945).
In the distaff side, the second to fifth placers were Lyn Oka (982) and Ester Francisco (969).
Making it to the top seven were Lucy Lanceta (937), Frenzy Williams (830), Johna Calipay (826) and Flor Bancale (803).
