CLS Properties office now at Apple One

Cesar L. Salimbangon (CLS) Properties, Inc. has moved its office to a new address at the 15th floor of Apple One Bldg. in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.

Before the new office was inaugurated, President and CEO Cesar L. Salimbangon and wife Fely, led the officers and staff of CLS Properties and drove to Casili, Consolacion where the Casili Residence was launched. From there, inauguration of the new office at Apple One took place.

Leading in the cutting of the ribbon was Congressman Benhur Salimbangon with Carlos and Mariquita S. Yeung. This was followed with the blessing of the Admin offices by Rev. Fr. Joseph Larida, Jr.

By the way, CLS Properties, Inc., a family-owned corporation, started on May 8, 2008 at 18 Cherry Court, Mango Avenue, Cebu City. Initial employees were the children of Cesar and Fely, namely Chad, Ken and Lauren with daughter-in-law Rhoanne.

The first project was East Ridge Residences in Basak, Lapulapu City. They had since expanded and are now employing 20 office staff with more than 5 completed projects, some of which are: CKL Homes, Agus, Lapulapu City; CKL Homes, Medellin, Cebu; Casili Residences, Consolacion, Cebu, et al.

Immediately after the blessing of the office, dinner followed at the well-furnished CLS Properties Office. Congratulations to Cesar and Fely, and God bless!
